general
really this shouldn't have to be said, but we will state it anyway. the general role-play rules apply here. keep ic/ooc separate. you get one warning on this if it has been brought to our attention. if we hear of it again, you're gone. no bullying or harrassing. no warning on this one. if we learn that this is happening, you will be removed immediately. we are all here to write and have fun. let's all be the adults that we are and have a good time!
activity
we are not going to be too nit-picky about activity. yes, we want everyone to interact and communicate. we want everyone to post and comment on others. however, we are not going to be nazi's about it. we ask that you update at least twice a month in your own journal with anything at all. your choice on a narrative, scene/thread, social media post, etc. be sure you are commenting on other's posts as well and engaging in conversation. there is an activity tracker here. this is where you will drop off your activity for it to count. if it has not been dropped off, it doesn't count and you will be removed.
journals & applying
journals must be ic, no underscores or numbers. we ask that you have an ic and ooc post, both backdated and your ooc post screened. for your character's bio/info all we ask for is a blurb, or list of 10 facts (this is not including the basics). all characters and pbs must be 18+. character ages must be within 5 years of the pb. as of right now there is no character limit. however, if we feel the need, this may change. when you apply we are asking for two examples. one scene/thread (not aim) and one narrative/entry. once you have been accepted you will have one week to make your intro in ~dragonpit. if by this time you have not intro'd, then you will be considered DOA and removed. please try to be creative with your intro's and not repeat things that have already been done. we know this can be difficult, but it is possible. we reserve the right to reject any character we feel doesn't fit the community. rejected applications will be deleted. you are welcome to ask why and will be sent a PM in response.
