Rockport is fictional town in the north of California, about thirty minutes outside of Trinidad. With around 20,000 residents, it's a small town where tourists come to enjoy both the mountains and the shores. In the winter, the roads in the mountain area turn to dangerous ice roads, that have lead to many accidents. The citizens also talk of a place where bodies mysteriously turn up, called Mountainkill. If the town's two mc clubs have something to do with that or not, no one knows for sure.
It was the 1950's and the Korean war had just ended. Three friends, Grant Cornwell, Henry James Forrester, SR. and Cathal Trehy, had just arrived back in the states, to their hometown of Rockport, CA. While sitting down for a couple of beers they come up with an idea of a brotherhood that would last longer than the brotherhood of soldiers in war. With their shared love of motorcycles, they decided to start a motorcycle club together. To represent their time together in the Korean war, they decided to call themselves The Dragon Lords. And so the motorcycle club of east Rockport was created.
It started with just a few members, but grew with each year, until in 1965 they were a hundred members. As the presidential role was passed down to next generation, the club had grown to over four hundred members. In the 1970's the club had started with more illegal activities, dealing drugs and guns. In 1983 a new club was started by ____ and his son over at the west side of Rockport, The skulls. It did not take long for the two clubs to become rivals. At first there were mostly territorial disagreements. But in 1989 The Skulls managed to take over The Dragon Lords' drug dealings, and a war was started. In 1990 a huge fight began in what was supposed to be a peaceful meeting where they could come to an agreement, few people where killed, a lot of people were hurt and since then the two motorcycle clubs of Rockport have been fatal enemies. The Skulls have since been dealing drugs and The Dragons the guns, but both want what the other has. So to this day Rockport is still divided into east and west and who controls which side.
